Refund/Exchange Policy
In
the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are given 3
business days to return unused/unworn merchandise by mail for a store credit.
Clothing must be in the same condition as issued or credit will not be given (Merchandise
will be returned). ***ALL SALE/Clearance Items are FINAL SALE*** Please note that Shipping and Handling costs are NOT refundable and

Sale/Vintage Appeal/accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
Merchandise
will be shipped within 48-72 hours when order is placed before 5pm M-Thursday.
Orders placed outside of that time will be mailed the following business day. Please note that Shapely Louise will provide you with a tracking number for your order from the USPS. Once that tracking number has been emailed, Shapely Louise can not be held responsible for any orders not received. Please contact your local USPS, for additonal information.
